Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PomoLuxe, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our service.

Use License

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rawi Studios and its licensors and licensees, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
